It was the main management office of the plant «Siemens and Halske» in the 19th century and the research institute of the plant «Sevkabel» in Soviet and post-Soviet times. This building now houses cafes, restaurants and offices.

Italian restaurant from the creators of the pizzeria Pio Nero in Petrogradka. Here the concept chef Ilya Burnasov presents Italian cuisine for every day. In addition to branded Roman pizza and homemade pasta, the restaurant pays a little more attention to seafood.

Traditional snacks are prepared here, more than ten Roman pizza options are baked, and wide range of wines from Italy is offered. PiOalPORTO welcomes young guests for whom there is a game room. In the warmer months, you can fully experience the charm of the seaside location while sitting on a cozy terrace.
