Istkabel is the historical territory of the factory of the Joint—Stock Company of Manufactories "I.A. Voronin, Lutsh and Cheshire".

The territory is at the initial stage of modernization, but already it is inhabited by more than 200 residents, including cultural and social projects, photo studios and lofts, workshops and more.

The main point of attraction of the space is the Bar line with verandas, views of the horizon and establishments in the style of European ruin bars.
