Tickets bought online can be returned in electronic format. Fill in the return application form and mail it to katok@sevcableport.ru not later than one hour before the start of the skating session.

Return application can be considered accepted if:

1. E-mail is sent not later than one hour before the start of the skating session.
2. E-mail should consist of tickets, receipt and return application.

If your letter does not contain tickets or application, we cannot consider it.

You can return tickets bought in-person in the ticket office not later than 30 minutes before the start of the skating session.

*Money transfers back to your bank account 3 to 30 days depending on the bank.

Please check your ‘Spam’ and ‘Promo’ folders in your e-mail box.

Usually tickets are received instantly after paying, but sometimes delays can be expected.

If your tickets can’t be found in ‘Incoming’, ‘Spam’ and ‘Promo’ folders and they weren’t received in 10-15 minutes, please write to us at katok@sevcableport.ru with note ‘didn't receive tickets’ and we will mail you tickets again.

Printing tickets is not necessary.

Kid's ticket is for children from 3 to 7 years old inclusive. A child should be accompanied by an adult on skates with a ticket. The cost of a child ticket at the box office is 0₽, online —1₽. Skate rental is charged separately.

You can only purchase tickets for those sessions which have room available. You can ask about available tickets in the rink’s ticket office on a first-come-first-served basis.
