«Volt» occupies the site that served as a warehouse of equipment at the plant “Sevkabel”. At the Sevkabel Port project, it turns into the Ice Rink locker room in the winter and into a venue for events in the summer.

Coils on which the cable was rolled were stored in the UKT (cable container section), and such coils are the most convenient way of storage and transport. Nowadays, UKT is the most popular venue for different format events, from dance master classes to markets, from music festivals to scientific conferences. There is the food court to the left of the UKT.
